LiveWell provides professional home health assessment services including indoor air quality testing, water quality testing, electromagnetic field testing, and mold and moisture inspections across the state of Texas. Our assessments are designed to provide informational findings and recommendations to help homeowners understand their indoor environment. Our reports are for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for medical advice. If you have health concerns, we recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional.
Assessments are scheduled based on mutual availability between you and our team. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that emergencies arise and will work with you to find an alternative time whenever possible. LiveWell reserves the right to reschedule assessments due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in the event of a schedule change on our end.
LiveWell carries full general liability insurance. Our assessments provide findings based on conditions observed and measurements taken at the time of the assessment. Indoor environmental conditions can change over time due to weather, occupant behavior, renovations, and other factors. Our findings and recommendations are based on professional judgment and industry best practices, but we do not guarantee specific health outcomes. For mold-specific testing, LiveWell partners with independent, TDLR-licensed Mold Assessment Consultants who are separately licensed and insured.
