Our Services — What LiveWell Tests in Your Home

LiveWell provides comprehensive healthy home assessment services for families across the state of Texas. We use professional-grade equipment and proven testing methodologies to evaluate the key environmental factors that affect your family's indoor health. Every assessment includes a detailed, easy-to-understand report with prioritized recommendations so you know exactly what to address and how to create a healthier home. Our services can be bundled into a complete healthy home assessment or booked individually based on your specific concerns.

Air Quality Testing

The air inside your home can contain pollutants, allergens, and chemical vapors that are invisible to the naked eye. Our indoor air quality assessments use calibrated instruments to measure volatile organic compounds, particulate matter including PM2.5 and PM10, carbon dioxide levels, humidity, temperature, allergens, and formaldehyde throughout every major room in your home. We compare your results to EPA and World Health Organization standards and provide a room-by-room breakdown so you know exactly where problems exist and what improvements will have the biggest impact on your family's health.

Mold Assessment

Texas humidity and frequent storms create ideal conditions for hidden mold growth behind walls, under floors, in attics, and around plumbing fixtures. LiveWell inspects your home for visible signs of suspected microbial growth, elevated moisture levels, water damage, and environmental conditions that promote mold colonization. When certified mold testing is needed, we connect you with independent, TDLR-licensed Mold Assessment Consultants who perform unbiased analysis. This partnership model ensures objective results because our mold partners have no financial incentive to recommend unnecessary remediation services.

Water Quality Testing

Your family relies on water for drinking, cooking, bathing, and cleaning every single day. Our water quality assessments screen for a comprehensive panel of contaminants including lead, bacteria, chlorine byproducts, heavy metals, pesticides, nitrates, and other substances that municipal water treatment may not fully remove. We collect samples from multiple points in your home including kitchen faucets, bathroom fixtures, and outdoor spigots. You receive a clear report explaining what was found, the health implications of each contaminant, and recommended filtration or treatment solutions.

EMF Testing

Electromagnetic fields are produced by power lines, household wiring, smart meters, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and electronic devices throughout your home. Our EMF assessments measure both electric and magnetic field levels in every room, identify areas of elevated exposure, and provide practical recommendations to reduce your family's daily EMF exposure. We pay special attention to bedrooms and areas where family members spend the most time, because consistent exposure during sleep and rest can have the greatest cumulative impact on health over time.

Well Water Testing

If your Texas home relies on a private well, regular water testing is essential because the EPA does not regulate private well water quality. Our well water assessments screen for bacteria including E. coli, nitrates, arsenic, iron, manganese, sulfates, pH imbalances, total dissolved solids, and other contaminants that can seep into groundwater from agricultural runoff, septic systems, and natural mineral deposits. We recommend testing at least once per year and after any flooding, nearby construction, or changes in taste, odor, or appearance. A comprehensive well water report helps you choose the right treatment system to keep your family safe.

CIRS Protocol Assessments

Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) affects an estimated 25 percent of the population who carry the HLA-DR gene variation. For these individuals, exposure to biotoxins from water-damaged buildings can trigger a cascading inflammatory response. LiveWell offers comprehensive CIRS protocol environmental assessments that go far beyond standard mold testing — evaluating mold and mycotoxin exposure via qPCR DNA-based testing (ERMI and HERTSMI-2), indoor air quality, water quality, EMF levels, and moisture mapping. Our reports integrate with the Shoemaker Protocol and other CIRS treatment frameworks, and we coordinate directly with your treating physician or functional medicine practitioner.
